Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between the client and the system or application. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our systems operate seamlessly. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to maintain high-quality service and provide effective solutions based on your extensive product knowledge. Your role will be crucial in interpreting client concerns and designing resolutions that enhance user experience and system performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing. - Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Automation & Endpoint Management: PowerShell Scripting, SCCM, SCOM, Microsoft Intune - Cloud Technologies: Azure IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Azure Monitor, - Infrastructure & Virtualization: Windows Server (2003-2022), Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Group Policies, VMware ESXi/vCenter - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Avanade Scrum Project Management. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in stakeholder management and client communication. - Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues effectively. - Familiarity with project management tools and software. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Avanade Scrum Project Management. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
