Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our world-class systems operate smoothly. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide quality support, accurately defining client issues and designing effective resolutions based on your in-depth product knowledge. Your role will be dynamic, requiring you to adapt to various client interactions and technical challenges throughout the day. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development of best practices and documentation to enhance team efficiency. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in application support. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues. - Familiarity with network monitoring tools and techniques. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
