Press Alt + i to draft with Copilo Required Skills :Rubrik Cloud Backup and Recovery Summary : Good working knowledge Management of Backup using Rubrik Security Cloud as well as both physical and virtual appliances including CDM & replication & Implement, and manage data backup and recovery solutions, ensuring data protection and availability, Monitor backup systems to ensure successful backups and address any failures or issues promptly., Perform standard and test restores of requested files, folders, databases, and virtual machines, Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure data can be restored in the event of a disaster. Troubleshoot backup software, hardware, and networking issues, escalating complex issues as needed. Rols & Responsibility o Experience in Configure and Maintain backup operations for Virtual systems such as VMware and Hyper-V. o Experience in managing enterprise workloads including: MSSQL, DB2, PostgreSQL, VMware vSphere. o Good customer handling skills and a quick learner. o Flexible, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and need to support and coach junior resources. o Coordination with multiple stakeholders / Third party Vendors for break-fix. Must be able to lead the critical outage calls o Willing to work on 24X7 rotational shifts Professional & Technical Skills o Working knowledge Backup Technologies - Rubrik o ITIL Certification o ITSM Ticketing Tool ServiceNow o Familiarity with VMware, general storage administration, and automation tools. o Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. o 5 - 12 years of experience o Team player with a positive, proactive attitude. o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. o Ability to thrive in multicultural and cross-functional environments. o Leading training sessions, knowledge sharing activities, and promoting best practice adoption
