Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your typical day involves serving as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, ensuring that our world-class systems operate seamlessly. Your role emphasizes quality and effective communication, allowing you to accurately identify client issues and design tailored resolutions based on your extensive product knowledge. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance system performance and client satisfaction, making a significant impact on our operational success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate training sessions for new team members to enhance their understanding of the systems. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for troubleshooting and system processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Architecture. - Strong understanding of data integration techniques and ETL processes. - Experience with database management systems and data warehousing solutions. - Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or SQL for data manipulation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Engineering. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
