Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, addressing their concerns, and ensuring that our high-quality systems operate seamlessly. You will leverage your exceptional communication skills to define client issues accurately and design effective resolutions based on your comprehensive product knowledge. Your role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and performance of our applications, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence throughout the day. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA). - Strong understanding of database management and optimization techniques. - Experience with backup and recovery strategies for Oracle databases. - Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting of database systems. - Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL for effective database querying and manipulation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
