Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our systems operate seamlessly. You will leverage your exceptional communication skills to maintain high-quality service and provide effective solutions based on your comprehensive product knowledge. Your role will be pivotal in interpreting client concerns and designing resolutions that enhance user experience and system performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing. - Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AIX System Administration. - Strong understanding of system architecture and administration. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving system issues. - Familiarity with scripting languages for automation tasks. - Knowledge of backup and recovery processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AIX System Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
