Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to ensure our world-class systems operate seamlessly. You will be dedicated to maintaining quality and will leverage your deep product knowledge to accurately define client issues and design effective resolutions, ensuring a smooth user experience and fostering strong client relationships. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with network monitoring tools and protocols. - Strong understanding of network architecture and design principles. - Experience in troubleshooting network issues and implementing solutions. - Familiarity with cloud-based network services and applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
