Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, addressing their concerns, and ensuring that our high-quality systems operate seamlessly. You will leverage your exceptional communication skills to provide clarity and support, while also utilizing your in-depth product knowledge to diagnose issues and design effective resolutions. Your commitment to quality will be evident as you work diligently to maintain the integrity of our systems and enhance client satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate training sessions for new team members to enhance their understanding of the systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Application Packaging. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with software deployment tools. - Strong understanding of application lifecycle management. - Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques for various operating systems. - Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Application Packaging. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
