Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our world-class systems operate smoothly. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide quality support and maintain client satisfaction, while also leveraging your deep product knowledge to design effective resolutions for various challenges that may arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SDN NFV Software. - Strong understanding of network architecture and protocols. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with cloud technologies and their integration with SDN and NFV. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SDN NFV Software. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
