Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, we are seeking strong, smart, fast-learning developers who are passionate about automation and excited to help shape the future of IT operations. Your mission: Build automated health-check systems and the Grafana dashboards that visualize the operational health of our global platform. These solutions will directly reduce manual effort and improve reliability across applications and infrastructure. C# is preferred, but Python-first developers with some C# exposure -- or who are willing to learn C# rapidly -- are absolutely welcome. The key is strong engineering fundamentals, curiosity, and motivation. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Build Automated Health Checks Develop robust C# automation modules (or Python where appropriate) that run end-to-end health checks across services, APIs, and infrastructure. Work with the health-check engine framework and help extend system capabilities. Integrate check outputs into observability tooling (Grafana / Splunk / automated pipelines). Ensure high reliability with strong automated test coverage. 2. Develop Grafana Dashboards Build dashboards that visualize KPIs, RAG statuses, and real-time environment health. Implement drill-downs, trend analysis, and customer/application-level breakouts. Grafana experience is not required -- the team will coach you on patterns and best practices. 3. Drive Engineering Excellence Apply clean architecture, modular patterns, and high-quality code practices. Contribute to automated testing suites and CI/CD workflows. Collaborate with SRE, DevOps, AppDev, and Platform teams on shared design patterns. 4. Shape the Future of IT Operations Identify manual or inefficient operational tasks and propose automation solutions. Work within a cross-functional transformation program redefining how operations work. Bring curiosity, initiative, and a growth mindset to a fast-moving roadmap. Professional & Technical Skills: Strong experience in software development (C# or Python) If Python-first: Some C# exposure is ideal -- but willingness to learn C# quickly is more important Solid problem-solving and debugging skills Strong automated testing skills (unit, integration, API test development) Ability to learn new tools quickly and work independently Good communication and collaboration skills. Experience with: Grafana or other dashboarding tools Observability concepts (metrics, logs, alerts, RAG scoring) CI/CD pipelines Distributed systems, APIs, or microservices Python + C# dual-stack capability is a plus Exposure to SRE or reliability engineering Qualifications: Btech & Equivalent Additional Information: Smart, curious, and fast learners Motivated to be part of major operational transformation Strong developers first, regardless of whether their background is C# or Python Not afraid of learning new languages or tools Passionate about improving systems through automation Comfortable owning problems end-to-end
