Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your typical day involves engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the seamless operation of our world-class systems. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide high-quality support, accurately defining client issues and designing effective resolutions based on your extensive product knowledge. Your role is crucial in maintaining client satisfaction and system performance, making you an integral part of our operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Software Defined Network Implementation. - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience with network troubleshooting and performance optimization. - Familiarity with cloud-based networking solutions. - Ability to design and implement network security measures. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Software Defined Network Implementation. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
