Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your typical day involves engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the seamless operation of our world-class systems. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide high-quality support, accurately defining client issues and designing effective resolutions based on your extensive product knowledge. Your role is crucial in maintaining client satisfaction and system performance, contributing to the overall success of our operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of support processes to enhance client satisfaction. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members to foster a collaborative environment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Software Defined Network Implementation. - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues. - Familiarity with network monitoring tools and techniques. - Ability to document processes and create user guides for clients. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Software Defined Network Implementation. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
