Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our world-class systems operate smoothly. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide quality support and maintain client satisfaction, while also leveraging your deep product knowledge to design effective resolutions for any challenges that arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of support processes to enhance service delivery. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud networking solutions. - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity issues. - Familiarity with network monitoring tools and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
