Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, ensuring the smooth operation of our world-class systems, and utilizing your communication skills to address and resolve issues effectively. You will be dedicated to maintaining high-quality service and will leverage your product knowledge to design appropriate solutions for client challenges. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between clients and technical teams to ensure clarity and understanding. - Document client interactions and resolutions to enhance knowledge sharing within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Project Management Office (PMO) Mobilization & Run. - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly. - Ability to analyze client issues and develop effective solutions. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management Office (PMO) Mobilization & Run. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
