Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our world-class systems operate seamlessly. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide clarity and support, while leveraging your deep product knowledge to design effective resolutions for client challenges. Your commitment to quality will be evident as you work diligently to maintain high standards in service delivery and client satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Asset Life Cycle Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Infrastructure Planning, Unix Architecture and Design. - Strong understanding of asset management processes and methodologies. - Experience in implementing and optimizing asset management systems. - Ability to analyze and report on asset performance metrics. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Asset Life Cycle Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
