Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, addressing any issues that arise, and ensuring that our high-quality systems operate seamlessly. You will leverage your exceptional communication skills to provide support and solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and system reliability. Your role will require a deep understanding of the products and services offered, allowing you to interpret client concerns accurately and design effective resolutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application performance optimization. - Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mainframe Application Performance Optimization, Cobol Mainframe. - Strong analytical skills to assess application performance and identify areas for improvement. - Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques specific to mainframe applications. - Familiarity with monitoring tools and methodologies to ensure optimal application performance. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Mainframe Application Performance Optimization. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
