Team and stakeholder coordination:
Acting as a central point of contact for the team and liaising with other departments, clients, and vendors.
Organizing and facilitating team meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action items.
Supporting new team members' onboarding processes.
Problem-solving and support:
Identifying and addressing issues that arise during a project or application lifecycle.
Ensuring team members have the necessary resources to complete their tasks.
Providing guidance and support to team members.
Escalating complex problems to leadership when necessary.
Quality assurance and documentation:
Ensuring applications are properly built, configured, tested, and validated.
Maintaining and organizing team documentation, databases, and digital files.
Ensuring compliance with IT project management methodologies and company policies.
