Role: Application Support-Healthcare Provider Operations Clinical - Allscripts
Exp: 7+ Years
Location: Pune/Mumbai
JD:
1. 7-10 years product or application support, Incident and Task management experience
2. Should have expertise in Clinical documentations
3. Should have knowledge of BI and Crystal reports
4. Experience/training/certification on any of these applications Aria, Allscripts EHR, Allscripts Clinical Documentation, Allscripts Clinical Workflow, Allscripts Security, Allscripts Orders Management, Midas, Midas+, SSC Softlab
5. Good understanding of Healthcare Provider Domain
6. Knowledge of SQL/.Net/Java production support maintenance will be added advantage
7. Must possess good analytical and troubleshooting skills
8. Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Interacted with customer/user.
9. Ready to work in shifts
