About this Team:

This team provides, you will play a crucial role in our team, leveraging your expertise in the FIS product or demonstrating a strong eagerness to learn. Your responsibilities will include monitoring alerts, addressing production issues, and creating problem tickets for unresolved issues. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including technology, operations, and other upstream and downstream teams, to ensure seamless communication and effective problem resolution. Your proactive approach and technical acumen will be key to maintaining the stability and efficiency of our systems.

What You will be doing:

Provides in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries. Responds to customer product inquiries via internet-based email or chat sessions. Resolves customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters. Troubleshoots problems with malfunctioning software applications and recommends corrective action. Documents customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.

What you bring:

Minimum 3-5yrs of considerable Hand on Experience in Unix, Linux, SQL are the primary requirements for the role. Exposure/Supporting we based application Should be able write SQL queries with all types of join and group by Should be comfortable using SQL built in functions Should be able to debug complex SQL scripts, procedures, views and functions. Should be comfortable with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Willing to work in Rotational and weekend shift Knowledge of the Derivative market especially on post trade activities. Ability to build and maintain strong Client relationships portraying deep technical and functional expertise Good to have finance [Capital Market] domain Knowledge
