Verify and process application details through our web system.
Identify incorrect or missing information and report to the senior.
Collect and maintain daily work reports.
Coordinate with the senior team to ensure smooth processing.
Suggest small improvements for better workflow.
Handle customer emails and queries politely and professionally.
What We're Looking For:
Experience
6-12 months (Freshers with good English may also apply).
Good computer knowledge and good typing speed 30+.
Good English communication (reading, writing, and understanding).
Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented.
Interested in online research and learning new things.
