Responsibilities

• Provide second-level application support for financial trading platforms, ensuring high availability, stability, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with development teams, end-users, and infrastructure teams to diagnose and resolve application issues.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and identify proactive measures to improve system efficiency.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application and environment-related incidents promptly.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes to enhance service delivery outcomes.
• Assist in creating documentation, including operational procedures and troubleshooting guides.
• Provide recommendations for application performance optimization and automation of manual tasks to reduce downtime and latency.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in application support, preferably within financial trading systems or related domains.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in analytics, scripting languages, and debugging tools. Strong knowledge of SQL and databases is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
