Key Responsibilities
Provide timely resolution to software-related issues
Coordinate with the design and development teams to resolve complex application and system issues
Coordinate with software vendors for bug fixes and upgrades
Troubleshoot and rectify application issues
Ensure proper functioning of application
Assist in price updates and metal rate changes in the system
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Maintain data accuracy in system entries
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
IT / Computer Science / Commerce
Experience with
ERP / POS / Retail applications
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work with multiple departments and handle user queries patiently
