Provide L1 support to global users.
Classification of reported incidents, taking approvals, assigning to L2/L3 support, follow up with the team until closure
Identify and communicate the problem areas based on the incoming incidents
Addressing questions or queries promptly and politely
Be a good communicator and good listener within the team.
Quick Learner - Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
Good Presentation and communication skills.
Support new personnel in software, programs and operational instructions.
