Manage and support Hospital Management System (HMS/EMR) and other critical software applications.
Configure user accounts, roles, and permissions.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions for Qatar staff
IT Infrastructure & Network Support
Monitor network, servers, and cloud systems remotely.
Ensure seamless connectivity for Qatar operations.
Implement basic cybersecurity measures and updates.
Data Management & Backup
Maintain centralized storage of patient records, HR, and financial data.
Schedule automated backups and ensure data recovery protocols are in place.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Software & License Maintenance
Install, update, and manage software licenses.
Apply security patches and system updates remotely.
Remote IT Helpdesk
Serve as the first point of contact for IT and application issues.
Track, prioritize, and resolve tickets efficiently.
Provide guidance to staff for system usage and troubleshooting.
Reporting & Coordination
Generate weekly/monthly IT and application performance reports.
Communicate regularly with Qatar management regarding system status, incidents, and improvements.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
.
Experience:
2-4 years in
application support, IT administration, or healthcare IT
preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of hospital or enterprise applications (HMS/EMR, billing software).
Proficiency in network, server, and cloud system basics.
Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
Knowledge of cybersecurity and data backup protocols.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
