We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Application Support Executive
to join our team. The role involves supporting our healthcare technology applications and coordinating with customers to ensure smooth operations and quick issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day application support and troubleshooting for customers.
Handle application usage, monitoring, and maintenance.
Coordinate with clients to understand and resolve issues.
Document reported problems and follow up until closure.
Assist internal teams with testing and deployment when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of X-Ray, CT scan, or prior healthcare domain experience (preferred).
Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office, email, and internet usage.
Ability and eagerness to learn new tools and concepts.
Education: Graduate in any discipline; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred.
Experience: 0-2 years. Freshers may apply.
Salary & Benefits
Salary:
?12,000 - ?15,000 per month
