Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing support for SAP ABAP Development and ensuring smooth functioning of the system. You will engage with various stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely solutions, while also monitoring system performance and addressing any anomalies that arise. Collaboration with team members will be essential as you work together to enhance system efficiency and reliability, ensuring that business operations run seamlessly. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of processes and procedures to enhance team knowledge. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with .Net Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of database management and optimization techniques. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues effectively. - Familiarity with software development life cycle methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
