Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve analyzing system performance, troubleshooting problems, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations. You will engage with different stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions, all while maintaining a focus on enhancing system reliability and user satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system maintenance and support. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques and system functionalities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform). - Strong understanding of server management and configuration. - Experience with monitoring tools to ensure system performance and reliability. - Familiarity with scripting languages for automation of routine tasks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Apache Administration. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
