Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of the systems in place. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Front End Development. - Strong understanding of web development frameworks and libraries. - Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug front-end issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Front End Development. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
