Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of essential applications and systems. You will engage in proactive monitoring and analysis, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of business processes while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: Observability Engineer - Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, telemetry plumbing - Build out ingestion pipelines and dashboards - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. - Document and share knowledge with team members to foster a collaborative environment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Grafana. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Splunk. - Strong understanding of monitoring and visualization tools. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Familiarity with database management and query optimization. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Grafana. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
