Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with different teams to troubleshoot problems, ensuring the smooth operation of applications, and implementing solutions that enhance system performance and reliability. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance, contributing to the overall efficiency of business processes while adapting to the evolving needs of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS). - Strong understanding of cloud architecture and deployment strategies. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Familiarity with scripting languages for automation tasks. - Knowledge of monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
