Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, ensuring the smooth operation of applications, and contributing to the overall efficiency of business processes. You will engage with users to understand their challenges and work diligently to implement effective solutions, all while maintaining a focus on quality and user satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support. - Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve software issues. - Experience with application monitoring tools to ensure system performance. - Familiarity with database management and querying languages to support data retrieval. - Ability to document processes and create user guides for better understanding. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
