Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the seamless operation of applications that are vital to business functions. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of application support processes, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality service to stakeholders. - AWS Cloud Architect Role Overview We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Architect to design, architect, and govern scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions on AWS. The role involves defining cloud strategy, architecture standards, and guiding development teams in implementing best-practice AWS solutions. Key Responsibilities o Design end-to-end AWS cloud architectures aligned with business and non-functional requirements o Define cloud strategy, reference architectures, and best practices o Lead architecture decisions across compute, storage, networking, security, and data services o Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, availability, scalability, and performance standards o Perform architecture reviews, cost optimization, and risk assessments o Guide teams on Well-Architected Framework, DevOps, and cloud governance o Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams o Support cloud migration, modernization, and hybrid/multi-cloud initiatives Required Skills o Strong expertise in AWS core services: EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, CloudFront o Deep understanding of networking, security, HA/DR, and scalability o Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation) o Knowledge of DevOps & CI/CD (CodePipeline, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jenkins) o Experience with monitoring & observability (CloudWatch, X-Ray) Good to Have o Experience with GenAI, ML, or data platforms on AWS o Exposure to enterprise integrations and API management o AWS certifications (Solutions Architect - Associate/Professional) Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS Architecture. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
