Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in troubleshooting activities, ensuring that all systems function seamlessly to support business objectives. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving, as you will be tasked with maintaining system integrity and optimizing user experience across multiple platforms. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of system functionalities. - Monitor system performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Transportation Management. - Strong analytical skills to assess system performance and identify areas for improvement. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues. - Familiarity with system integration processes and methodologies. - Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in BlueYonder Transportation Management. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
