Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the production environment to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and applications. This role involves troubleshooting issues, performing system maintenance, and collaborating with various teams to resolve incidents promptly.



Role can be based out of Chennai/Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain the production environment, ensuring system availability and performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and impact on business operations.

Perform regular system maintenance, including updates, patches, and backups.

Collaborate with development, QA, and other teams to identify and resolve issues.

Implement and maintain monitoring tools and processes to proactively identify potential issues.

Document and maintain standard operating procedures and incident response plans.

Provide support for deployment and release management activities.

Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.

Continuously improve support processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science
