Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve analyzing system performance, troubleshooting problems, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations and optimal functionality of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of automation strategies to enhance system efficiency. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies in application support. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Work Load Automation Architecture and Design. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform). - Strong understanding of system integration and application performance monitoring. - Experience in scripting and automation tools to streamline processes. - Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution frameworks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Work Load Automation Architecture and Design. - This position is based at our Jaipur office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
