Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring seamless operation of communication and collaboration tools. You will engage with users to understand their challenges and work diligently to implement effective solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency of business operations. As Network Tower team lead, you will act as the ongoing interface for your network steams. Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams, interpreting and resolving issues, and ensuring smooth system operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for troubleshooting and knowledge sharing. - Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues. Professional & Technical Skills: Mandatory Basic Networking skills : Routing & Switching (CCNA or equivalent) Must to Have Skills : Cisco Wireless, Branch SDWAN, Routing and Switching Good to have Skills : BGP, OSPF, HSRP, VRRP, STP, SVI, VTP Good to have knowledge on Skills : Automation, Wireless, Firewalls Proficiency in SD-WAN Operations and implementation Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity issues. Hands-on Experience with network monitoring tools. Additional Information: Minimum 3 - 8 years of experience Flexible to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekend Excellent communication skills
