Position: Application Support Engineer - L3 Support

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
3-5 years of experience in L3 technical support.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the general insurance domain - strong understanding of policy life cycle, claims processing, underwriting, and regulatory compliance.
Microservices Architecture: Understanding the principles of microservices, including their benefits and challenges, and being able to design and implement them effectively.
.NET Technologies: Proficient in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and related frameworks.
API Development: Experience with building RESTful APIs and other types of APIs.
Database Knowledge: Familiarity with databases like SQL Server and MongoDB.
Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Containerization: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for deploying and managing microservices.
Exposure to monitoring and logging tools.
Hands-on experience in the General Insurance domain - understanding of policy lifecycle, claims, endorsements, renewals, and regulatory aspects.
