Notice Period :Immediate, 15 days
Job description
(i) Technical support of Talisma product
(ii) Troubleshooting issues
(iii) Communicating updates/RCA/Resolution summary
(iv) Attending to calls/emails/chats relating to technical support of product
(v) Open to work in shifts
(vi) Installation of product hot fixes and Patches and
(vii) First Level of SQL Server/Database troubleshooting.
