You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely support, contributing to the overall efficiency of business operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kronos. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning. - Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
