Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that business operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely solutions, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of processes and procedures to enhance team knowledge. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with inventory management and procurement processes. - Familiarity with integration points between SAP MM and other SAP modules. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
