Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of applications that are vital to business functions. You will engage with users to understand their challenges and work diligently to implement effective solutions, all while maintaining a focus on enhancing system reliability and user satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support. - Document and track issues and resolutions to improve future troubleshooting efforts. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Genesys Cloud CX. - Strong understanding of application support processes and methodologies. - Experience with incident management and problem resolution. - Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance metrics. - Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Genesys Cloud CX. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
