You will engage with different stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support. - Document and maintain records of issues and resolutions to enhance knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites. - Strong understanding of web content management systems. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development. - Knowledge of integration techniques with other systems and platforms.
