Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot problems, ensuring system functionality, and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely support, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support. - Document and communicate findings and solutions effectively to team members and stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Master Data Management (MDM). - Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve complex issues. - Experience with data integration and data quality management. - Familiarity with database management systems and data modeling. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM). - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
