Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Experience in designing and deployment of SDWAN network. Strong understanding of network security principles and operations. Experience in implementing and managing network security solutions. Knowledge of firewall technologies and malware detection systems. Familiarity with network protocols and network security best practices. Knowledge of ITIL framework for service management. Hands-on Experience with security monitoring tools. Additional Information: Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and in 24x7 environments. Experience in global operations or managed service environments is a plus. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or equivalent field. Relevant professional certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, or Aruba) are preferred.
