Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot problems, ensuring the smooth operation of applications, and implementing solutions that enhance system performance and reliability. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance of systems, contributing to the overall efficiency of business processes and supporting the organization's objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: o Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath o Monitor and optimize bot performance o Collaborate with business units to identify automation opportunities o Maintain documentation of automation workflows o Ensure compliance with automation standards and policies o Provide support and troubleshooting for deployed bots Professional & Technical Skills: o Strong understanding of process automation and scripting o Experience with UiPath platform Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in UiPath ProcessGold Process Mining. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
