Role: EMC Storage Administration - SAN and NAS Role Description: Candidate should be capable to provide L2/L3 operations on EMC storage systems and FC Switch Administration. Must have 8+ years of Hands-on experience on storage technologies Must Have Skills: EMC - Powerscale, PowerMax, Unity, VNX, VMAX, EMC COS Good to Have Skills: HP3PAR, HPE SAN Job Requirements Key Responsibilities: o Should have sound experience in providing L2/L3 support for Storage Management and support on EMC Storage o Design and implement EMC storage systems - SAN, NAS, Cloud including installation, configuration, software upgrades, and storage provisioning. o Administer Fiber Channel SAN fabrics, including installation, configuration, zoning, software upgrades, and maintenance of switches. o Design and Configure Replication for Disaster Recovery using Recovery point, SRDF etc o Plan and implement best practices for NAS and SAN solutions. o Create and update documentation for storage procedures. Technical Experience: o Should have sound experience in management of EMC SAN, NAS, Cloud, HP3par technologies, o RAID Levels, Flashpool, Pools o Good knowledge on CIFS, NFS, ISCSI and FCP protocols. o Experience with installation, configuration and management of storage arrays and switches expected. o Experience with Brocade and Cisco SAN Switches. o Experience on Storage Pools, Tiering, LUN masking and zoning. o Proven skills in understanding customer storage requirements, implementing Fiber Channel and iSCSI SAN solutions, and integrating different operating systems and applications. o Should have knowledge about the ITIL framework. o Good technical expertise on replication and disaster recovery o Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
