. In addition to application support, candidates with experience in
system optimization

automation
will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide
Level 2 Application Support
for critical banking applications
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and application issues in a timely manner
Write and optimize complex SQL/PLSQL queries for debugging and data analysis
Work closely with internal teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth application operations
Identify areas for system/process improvement and suggest automation solutions where applicable
Maintain detailed documentation of support issues, resolutions, and root cause analysis
Adhere to banking IT protocols and ensure compliance with internal policies and standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
5 years of experience
in application support roles
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in
SQL
and
PL/SQL
Solid understanding of the
finance or banking domain
Experience in
incident management
,
problem resolution
, and
performance tuning
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work professionally and respectfully in a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
