Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing support for SAP ABAP Development and ensuring smooth functioning of the system. You will engage with various stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely solutions, while also monitoring system performance and addressing any anomalies that arise throughout the day. Collaboration with team members will be essential as you work together to enhance system efficiency and user satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing within the team. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest developments in SAP ABAP and related technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. - Experience with debugging and troubleshooting SAP applications. - Familiarity with SAP modules and integration points. - Ability to write efficient and maintainable code. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
