Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the seamless operation of essential applications and systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and services, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality support to end-users and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. oHands on experience in troubleshooting problems solving skills in Load Balancer, DDI LB, windows DHCP& DNS infrastructure, OpenDNS. oIP management , IPAM NST, IPAM TCP Wave, IPAM Nautobot oDNS and DHCP management. oGood understanding of F5 LTM / GTM management oGood understanding of DigiCert management and certificate management for F5 and Knowledge on CSC. oUnderstanding on the ITIL process and good understanding on Incident, change, Problem management. oAzure cloud network support for DNS Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Center Networking Technologies Operations F5, DDI, DHCP, DNS, IPAM - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues. - Familiarity with network monitoring tools and techniques. - Ability to implement and manage network security measures. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Center Networking Technologies Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
