Summary: Consultant - Pairsoft APRO Cash Management (Banking Gateway & Imaging) Role Summary We are seeking a consultant with deep expertise in Pairsoft APRO Cash Management, specifically the Banking Gateway and Imaging modules, to manage configurations, environment development/maintenance, and integrations. The role also requires functional experience in Oracle EBS Cash Management for seamless upstream/downstream processes. Key Responsibilities o Act as SME for Pairsoft APRO Banking Gateway and APRO Imaging modules, including configuration, workflow optimization, and troubleshooting. o Manage bank connectivity setups (SWIFT, SFTP, APIs) and imaging workflows (capture, indexing, archiving). o Translate business requirements into configuration updates and manage end-to-end lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy). o Own APRO environment setup and maintenance (DEV/TEST/PROD), including patching, upgrades, and performance tuning. o Design and support integrations between APRO and Oracle EBS Cash Management for bank statements, cash positioning, and reconciliations. Required Skills o Hands-on experience with Pairsoft APRO Banking Gateway and APRO Imaging modules. o Strong knowledge of APRO environment development and maintenance. o Functional expertise in Oracle EBS Cash Management (bank accounts, statement processing, reconciliation). o Familiarity with banking standards (SWIFT MT/MX, CAMT, BAI2) and imaging technologies. o SQL/log analysis and troubleshooting skills. Preferred Skills o Experience with automation scripts (PowerShell/Python). o Knowledge of CI/CD tools for configuration deployment. o Treasury process understanding (liquidity, reconciliation). Required Qualifications & Experience o 5-8+ years in Cash Management or Oracle EBS with 3+ years hands on in APRO Banking & Imaging modules (configuration and operations). o Proven experience delivering configuration updates based on business requirements including UAT planning, test scripting, and cutover. o Strong background in APRO environment development/maintenance: release management, patching, performance, and integration troubleshooting. o Oracle EBS Cash Management (functional) experience: bank statement setups, bank accounts, cash positioning, reconciliation rules (auto/manual), accounting impacts, and downstream postings (GL/AP/AR). o Practical knowledge of bank connectivity standards (SWIFT MT/MX, CAMT, BAI2), SFTP/API integrations, file formats, encryption/signing. o Solid SQL/log analysis and debugging skills; familiarity with job schedulers and messaging/queue systems. o Experience with ITIL practices (Incident/Problem/Change), documentation, and audit/compliance.
